          在1月10日于香港举行的高山书院十周年论坛上，国家传染病医学中心（上海）主任、复旦大学附属华山医院感染科主任张文宏教授就AI在医疗领域的应用分享了见解。
视频内容显示，张文宏教授说：“我是拒绝把AI引入我们的医生的日常生活，你可以自己在那里用，但是不允许在我的病历系统里面用AI……”
张文宏教授表示，他个人使用AI的方式是让其对病例“先看一遍”，事后凭借深厚的专业经验，自己可以一看就知道AI哪里是错的。
他的担忧在于，一名医生若从实习阶段就未经完整的诊断思维训练，直接借助AI获得结论，将导致其无法鉴别AI诊断的正误。这种能力的缺失，是隐藏在技术便利背后的深层隐患。
“（AI引入系统）造成最大的一个问题，我们的医生的training（训练）完全就改变了，现在要从实习医生、住院医生再到我，他现在一下子一进来，又对疾病的诊断没有经过系统的训练，马上通过AI得出，跟我给出的结论是一样的……”张文宏教授说。
